How do I delete my account? Email us and we'll delete everything. This removes all your saved places, notes, and subscription data. It's irreversible.

How do I export my saved places? Email us and we'll send a JSON file with your full collection.

I got charged but the Pro features aren't active — please forward the Stripe email receipt with your account email and we'll sort it out.
