About

I'm the founder and engineer behind MapMeal. I built it because I was tired of saving restaurants from TikTok and Instagram into a chaotic mix of screenshots, bookmarks, and group-chat messages — and then never remembering where I'd put them.
MapMeal turns a pasted video link into a pin on your personal map, with the restaurant's name, hours, and the bits of the original caption that actually mattered. My goal is to make the "save now, visit later" loop between social discovery and real-world dining feel effortless.
Before MapMeal I spent years shipping software to people in a mix of startup and technical roles. I live at the intersection of product, engineering, and spicy food. I'm always up for a recommendation.
